Tuesday Tip – Issue 24 – At-Home Mani

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I have a slightly unhealthy addiction for bright manicures.  And while I enjoy the occasional spa day, I prefer my at-home manis that allows me to take advantage of my growing polish collection.

One of my tricks for a super shiny mani that last longer is multiple thin coats and letting them dry properly between each coat. To ensure a perfect application, I prep by wiping the nail bed with a clean facial blotting sheet (Boots has a good one for a great price). The sheet picks up any residual moisture/oils that could prevent the polish from adhering properly. And there you go – a shinier, longer-lasting mani!
